He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Slamcik and Margaret Slamcik (Reese); and his siblings, Robert Slamcik, Richard Slamcik, Carol Smith, Janet Schwartz, Madeline Slamcik and Margaret Michoci.
He is survived by: his significant other Ann Parey; his daughter Amanda Lassetter (Larry Jr.) of Abbott; his grandchildren, Damian Lassetter and Derian Lassetter (Carolyn); his great grandchild Kathryn Lassetter; his siblings, Eugene Slamcik and Virginia Hinkle; and his son David Slamcik of Reno, NV. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
