She was predeceased by: her parents, Elick Charles and Libbie Lillie Blazek (Haskovec); her brothers, Kenneth Blazek and Charles Blazek; her niece Jennifer Hornik; her nephew Andy Blazek; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Kent (Richard), Donnie Veselka and Delbert Bailey.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Veselka; her sons, Mark Veselka and Curt Veselka (Tina); her grandchildren, Alex Veselka, Caitlin Veselka, Gabby Kaska (Nolan), Sierra Veselka and MaKayla Veselka; her siblings, Robert Blazek (Polly), Greg Blazek (DeAnna), Barbara Hornik (David), Elsie Slovak (Joe), Judy Hornik (Richard), Irene Harlan (Brian) and Emily Longfellow (Dan); her sisters-in-law, Jo Blazek, Eileen Thomas, Dorothy Ann Moore and Barbara Luther; and her godson Dale Sykora. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
