She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Soukup and Mary Soukup (Kracmer); her son Jimmy Matus (Gail); and her siblings, Louis, George, Joe, Johnnie, Alfons Soukup, Katie Kaska, Hattie Kaska, Rosie Knapek and Mary Neckar.

She is survived by: her husband Raymond R. Matus of West; her children, Kathy Matus of West, Cindy Matus of West and Thomas Matus (RuthAnn) of Waco; her grandchildren, Jennifer Kalina-Walker (Brian), Dustin Matus (Becca), Whitney Dudik (Martin), Emily McGraw (Justin) and Taylor McKinley (T. J.); her great grandchildren, Alana Machac, Hudson Matus, Aurora Matus, Lillian Dudik, Audrey Dudik, Cassidy Dudik, Jacob Dudik, Henry Dudik, Addison Mairs, Amelia McGraw, Jace McGraw, Jax McKinley and Alex McKinley; her brother Steve Soukup (Frances); and her siblings-in-law, Herman Matus, Helen Matus and Eileen Soukup. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to West Volunteer Ambulance Association, Sokol West or to the charity of your choice.
