She was predeceased by: her father Jimmy Allen; her stepfather Neal Young; her brother Charles Allen; her grandparents, J. M., Ollie Mae West, Eva Lee and Ernest Allen; and her father-in-law Floyd T. Cook.
She is survived by: her mother Caralou Allen (West); her grandson Travis; her husband Eric Cook of Bellevue; her daughter Cacye Cook; her siblings, James Allen, Tim Young, Linda Priddy (Carl), Elaine Adams (James), Lori Cimber (Russ) and Joyce Kratz (Pechal); and her friends, Debbie Denson and Teresa Downs. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Vashti Volunteer Fire Department, West Volunteer Ambulance Association, or the the charity of your choice.
