He is survived by: his mother Vikki Martin (Phillip Kownatzki); his son Hayes Matthew Hajek; his brother C. J. Hajek; his niece Tensley Hajek; his grandparents, Dorothy Hajek, Samantha Hudson (John) and Bill Martin; his aunts, Louise Girard, Theresa Soukup (Henry), Tracy Smithey (Toby), Amy Hajek and Lisa Miller; and his stepmother Charlott Hajek. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
