Ronald Hollums Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ronald Hollums of West, Texas, who passed away on May 10, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Ronald may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Hollums and Joyce Hollums; and his former wife Ellen Wardlaw. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Dylan Hollums (Tara) and Amanda Thibodeaux (Lance); his stepdaughter Tiffany Calhoun (Will); and his siblings, Lindsey Hollums (Joy) and Sarah Browning (Hurley).

If anyone would like to donate to the McDonald County Library in his name, that would be a lovely memorial to him as he loved to read and worked at the library for a time.
