He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert E. Harrell and Lucy V. Pelton; and his children, Terre Lyn Harrell and Timothy Brett Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Lou Harrell; and his grandson TJ Harrell. He is also survived by his sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
