He is survived by: his parents, Richard Matula and Dottie Matula; his sister Jessica Matula (Taylor Smith); his grandmother Bonnie Wishert; his aunts, Janine Skinner (Cary), Liz Krenek (Alan) and Beverly Matula; his cousins, James, Zach Skinner, Andrew Krenek (Symantha), Joseph Krenek, Malynn Plunkett and Eric Matula; his pet Dakota; and also Kohen.
