She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Shockome and Martha Shockome (Sprowl); her husband Carl; and her siblings, Roseann Green, Sara Sumwalt, Dale Shockome and Joseph "Joey" Shockome.
She is survived by: her son Carl Perrigue, Jr. (Amy); her grandchildren, Matthew, Hank and Kristen; her daughter Sandra Chumchal (Kelly); her grandchildren, Hannah and Ralston; her child Thomas Perrigue (Krystal); her grandson Landon; her child Donnie Perrigue (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Madison, Makenna, Hunter and Autumn; her siblings, Dorothy DeLaGrange, Mary Ivey and Robert Shockome; her nephew Floyd Green-Yandell; and her great grandchildren, Mitchell, Joon, Juniper, Violet and Owen.
