He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Blume and Edna Laux Blume. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Neudek; his children, Robert Blume and Renay Williams (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Garza (Joe), Jessica Terrazas (Arnold), Robert Blume (Tiffany), Charlotte Blume, Crystal Blume and Chelsea Blume. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
