He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Blair and Katherine Koehler Blair. He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Gingles (David) of El Campo, Virgie Miller (Gary) of Needville and Gary Blair (Leigh Ann) of Hungerford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and close friends.
