He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Konvicka and Mary Malek Konvicka; his brothers, Frank, Ben and Ed Konvicka; and his siblings-in-law, Daniel Brod, Elsie and Ruby Konvicka.
He is survived by: his wife Bessie Konvicka; his children, Irene Hlavinka (Gary) of Hungerford, Denise Zamazal (Frank) of Needville, Christi Meador (Jeff) of Gadsden, AL, Stanley J. Konvicka (Stephanie) of Boling, Steven Konvicka (Stacie) of Wharton, Allen Konvicka (Melissa) of Deer Park, Richard Konvicka (Angie) of Weimar and David Konvicka (Cylinda) of Wharton; his sisters, Lillian Brod of Wharton and Mary Ann Polasek (Theo) of Montgomery; his sisters-in-law, Bettie and Helen Konvicka; his grandchildren, Ashley Lucher (Jared), Amanda Kitzmiller (Cody), Christopher Hlavinka (Korenna), Cody Hlavinka (Sarah), Jody Konvicka, Matthew, Kayla Konvicka, Chaz Duhon-LeBlanc (Brittany), Quintin Zukywich, Kimmy Taft, Paige Zukywich, Kyle, Abby Konvicka, Blayne White (Sarah), Brett, Brynn White, Andrew Zamazal, Hailey, Holden and Taylor Meador; and his great grandchildren, Callie, Case, Colt Kitzmiller, Emma, Logan, Danika Hlavinka, Leah, Evan Lucher, Luke, Noah Hlavinka and Ryleigh Zukywich. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
