He is survived by: his wife Diann Bayes; his children, Matt Bayes (Carlie) and Rebekah Bayes; his stepson Trevor Neale; his siblings, Angela Ionna (Tom), Mark Bayes (Brenda) and Dale McCoy; his pets, Angel Bayes and Landry Star Bayes; and the mother of his children Donna Bayes Scott.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Veterans of Foreign Wars (14391 FM2964, Whitehouse, TX 75791).
