He is survived by: his wife Janice Wyant Jacobson of Whitehouse, TX; his children, Chris L. Jacobson (Michelle) of Whitehouse, TX and Melissa Jacobson-Gorman of Whitehouse, TX; his siblings, Gary Jacobson (Sue) of Sterlington, Gail Lynn Jacobson of Quitman, TX, Tina Privett (Randy) of Dayton, TX, Mary Ann Lloyd of Monroe and Tonya Jacobson of Monroe; his grandchildren, Harrison Jacobson (Maria) of Downsville, Ramsey Cummings (Alex) of Shreveport, Emilyanne Jacobson of Whitehouse, TX, McKenzie Jacobson of Whitehouse, TX and Hayden Jacobson of Whitehouse, TX; his great grandchildren, Penelope Jacobson and Darren Paul Cummings; and his grandsons, Clayton Magee, Cody Shirley and Mason Hall.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Riser and Son Funeral Home (7131 US-165, Columbia, LA 71418). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Rosefield Cemetery (Grayson, LA 71435).
