Ann Murphy; his children, Christie Prindle (Eric), Caren Sallas, Bobby Alan Murphy, Nita Settle and Carolyn McVicker; his grandchildren, Justin Davis, Hailey Davis, Logan Sallas, Levi Sallas, Landen Sallas, Jeremy Srader, Ashley Brewster and Jordan Settle; and his siblings, Jimmy Murphy and Jewell Cody.
