He was predeceased by: his wife Jean McCullough; his brothers, J. W. and A. L. Scott; and his son-in-law Ronnie Chambless. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Chambless, Vickie Hancock (Gary) and Carolyn Taylor (Jody); his grandchildren, Michael Chambless (Sarah), Monica Wood (Jeremy), Heather Ellis (Paul), Ryan Hancock (Rachel), Travis Young, Kimberley O'Donnell, Leslie Taylor, Heath Young (Sara), Matt Taylor and Clint Young (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Jackson, Addie Wood, Cora, Will Chambless, Mattie Max, Bobby Ellis, Trent Young, Korbin Taylor, Hannah, Emma O'Donnell, Kalel, Levi and Walker Young; and his nephews, Kaye and Charles Scott.
Memorials may be made to Heath Cemetery or Towash Baptist Church.
