He is survived by: his wife Dana; his children, Patricia Bennett Gall (Vincent Gall), Douglas Bennett Jr. (Tammy Bennett) and Hayley Razloznik (Brian Razloznik); his grandchildren, Bethany Reaves, Whitney Dyer, McKenna Gall, Michael Gall, Sara Tungsvik and Reese Razloznik; and his siblings, Larry Bennett, Jerry Bennett, Mike Bennett and Sandra Shepherd.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Tunnel for Towers in his honor.
