He is survived by: his spouse Kadra; his children, Natalie Melendrez (Rick Melendrez), Nicole Warren (Jordan Warren), Nick Ramsey and Kendra Ramsey-Martinez (Devin Martinez); and his siblings, Donna and Gary.
