She is survived by: her children, Norma Ruth, Gary Berning, William Darrell and Laurie Ann; her granddaughter Amy McCollum (Christian); her great grandchild Bobby Burk (Darla); her granddaughter Angela Blackwell; her great grandchildren, Tamera Burk, Chris Votaw and Mary Haydon (Luke); Lacey Mazingo (Jason) and Joseph McPherson (Sarah).
