She was predeceased by : her parents, Blanche Davis, and Clyde Davis, Sr.. She is survived by : her husband Liston W. Slack; her siblings, Clyde, Jr. (Sonny), Alvin, Mildred and Janet Buckelew; and her sons, John Paroulek (Shirley) and Michael Paroulek (Sherry). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; many cousins; and several nieces and nephews.
