She was predeceased by : her mother Patricia Ann Faulkner (Patton); her brother-in-law Douglas Mash; and her grandparents, Ellis Faulkner, Sr., Audrey Faulkner and Irene Patton.
She is survived by : her father Ellis Pickering Faulkner, Jr.; her children, Edmund Meyer and Cameron Faulkner; her siblings, Jeffrey Faulkner and Valerie Mash; her granddaughter Milli Eileen Meyer; her niece Rebekah Mash; and her nephew Brian Pierce. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the Cancer Garden in Humbolt, Nebraska.
