He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Gates "B. G." and Bernice Marie Watson (Gandy); his girlfriend Connie Wisdom; and his brothers-in-law, Jack Riddle and Greg Kuehler.
He is survived by: his sisters, Stella Kuehler of Wichita Falls and Naoma Riddle of Wichita Falls; his children, Travis Watson (Jonette) of Farmersville, Jason "Blue" Watson of Austin, Derek Watson of Henrietta and Ashley Watson; and his grandchildren, Brittney, Kelsie, Trulyn, Aaron, Emileigh, Mahaleigh, Miranda, Marisa and Martin. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Owens & Brumley Funeral Home (1317 9th St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Eagles Lodge (5396 Seymour Hwy, Wichita Falls, TX 76310).
