It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Delbert Cullar of Wichita Falls, Texas, who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wayne and Vera Ann Cullar (Erwin); and his siblings, Velma Walthers and Billy Cullar. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Jerry Cullar of Wichita Falls, Phillis Zuspan and Lisa Cullar of Wichita Falls; and his stepchildren, Jason Payne (Tara) of Newcastle and Angela Davis (Steven) of Burkburnett. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
