It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Wayne Cullar of Wichita Falls, Texas, who passed away on June 27, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Cullar and Vera Cullar; his wife Garolyn Jan Cullar; his daughter Leanna Kotulek; his siblings, Wilma Walthers, Billy Cullar and Delbert Cullar; and his grandson Jerett Jeffery Cullar.
He is survived by: his son Jeff Cullar (Jaunia) of Wichita Falls; his grandchildren, Janna Segler and Gage Cullar; his great grandchildren, Brandea Segler, Kamorea Segler, Darrion-Javon Eaden, Myka Eaden, Wrayden Cullar and Reign Cullar; and his siblings, Troy Cullar and Helen Cullar Evans.
