He is survived by: his fiancé Diedra Smith; his daughters, Heather Duty, Stacey Wolfe (Elizabeth Johnson) and Patty (Frankie Berg); his grandchildren, Laura Duty, Morgan Duty, Landen Martinez, Scarlett Berg and Weston Berg; and his sisters, Trisha Woodruff and Nickie Cox.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home - Willis (10129 FM 1097, Willis, TX 77318). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at the Smith Memorial Park (10129 FM 1097, Willis, TX 77318).
