He is survived by: his children, Brian Leroy Hullum, Jr. and Alisa Hullum Wisenbaker (Mark Wisenbaker); his grandchildren, Michael Dean Miller (Brittany Miller), Adriana Rene Phillips, Wyatt Lee Wisenbaker, Amber Hullum and Lee Hullum; his great grandchildren, Alexis Renee Miller, Sabrina Ann Miller, Jayden Taylor Hullum, Raegan Pfiefer and Jace Leroy Phillips; and his father-in-law Claude Levinge.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Leroy's name to the Parkinson's Foundation, The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, or a charity of your choice.
