He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Adamick; his daughters, Melissa Adamick and Ashley Rios (Jay); his grandchildren, Jordan Adamick, Trey Sims, Peyton Monter, Brianna Adamick, Kaylyn Adamick, Abigail Monter and Layla Monter; and his great grandchild Emerlee Adamick.
