He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Maxwell and Sharon Maxwell. He is survived by: his children, Cali Maxwell and Gage Maxwell; his siblings, Alexis Dempsey (Bo Dempsey), Kenny Hosch and Spencer Hosch; and his sister-in-law Diane Hosch. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home - Willis (10129 FM 1097, Willis, TX 77318). A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at the Smith Memorial Park (10129 FM 1097, Willis, TX 77318).
