He is survived by : his mother Kelli Jane Davis Lewis (Rod); his children, Camdyn, Kingston and Chloe Lewis of Huntsville; the mother of his children Shannon Riley of Huntsville; his father Bill Davis-Stevenson (Jill Lewis); his grandparents, Billy Joe, Virginia Lewis of Crockett, Ron and Theta Davis of Lufkin; his brother Mark; his sister-in-law Michelle Lewis of Huntsville; his nieces, Lacey and Blayne Lewis of Huntsville; his stepsiblings, Pamela Durr of Metarie, LA, Derek Lewis of Angleton, Lisa Lewis of Alvin, Theresa Chano of Stafford and Blake Stevenson of Bakersfield, CA; his uncle Scott Davis of Lufkin; his aunt Stacie Davis of Lufkin; and his cousins, Jared, Jacob, Jordyn, Erik and Kendall.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Convenant Fellowship Church (606 FM 1791, Huntsville, TX 77320).
