He was predeceased by: his father Donald Kelley; his brother Dennis Butcher; and his sister-in-law Betty Butcher. He is survived by: his siblings, Don Kelly (Kathy), Billy Butcher, Montie Butcher, Cortney Butcher, Cary Vanloh (Tonya), Stacy White and Arnett; and his father J. Perry White (Norris). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
