He was predeceased by: his wife Shelly Dodson; and his parents, Charles Edward Bell, Sr. and Virgil Williams. He is survived by: his children, Charles Edward Bell III, Cassandra Bell (Angela Riley) and Breanna Bell; his grandsons, Christopher Allen Brown and Josiah Lee Kines; and his brothers, Reginald Bell (Regina) and Reverend George Bell (Kimberly).
