Lang; her son Darrell Alan Spratlen; her granddaughter Blenda Harden; her great grandchild Addison Noblitt; her siblings, Eugene, Homer, Lewis, William, Nellie Fay, Dessie and Mildred Johnson; her children, Sylvia Autrey, Judy Hornaday Brady (Herb), Ronald Spratlen (Pam) and Pansy Spratlen; and her grandchildren, Debora Gonzales, Stephanie Roden, Shane Harden, Regina Black, Jake Hornaday, Lindsay Noblitt, Monica Thompson, April Keeping and Steven Spratlen. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
