He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Dwayne Sprague (Cayci), Warren Wayne Sprague and Andrea Lauren Sprague Whitaker; his grandchildren, Piper Lauren Whitaker, Matthew Sprague, Brandon Sprague, Waylon Sprague and River Sprague; and his brother Gary Sprague.
