He is survived by : his mother Ruby Bell; his friend Chris Macy; his wife Kari Bell; his daughter Jessica Vasquez (Shelton); his stepdaughters, Autumn Coslin (Michael) and Abby Overstreet (Lewis); his brother Jerry Bell (Nancy); his nieces and nephews, Joshua Bell (Emily), Jason Bell, Ben Kines, Jermey McGehee, Katheryn Bell, Cheyenne McGehee and Zoe Reece; and his grandchildren, Bently Walker, Jase Walker, Brayden Walker, Violet Coslin, Lewis Overstreet Jr. and Casen Overstreet.
