He is survived by : his parents, Ron Wade and Patty Wade; his significant other Carli Wade; his partner's children, Kayte (KJ), Conner, Siena and Zoie; his siblings-in-law, Bill and Tina Freeman; his siblings, Roni Patterson (Jake) and Brad Walbourn (Heidi); his brother-in-law Will Freeman (Jess); and his brothers, Aaron Johnson and Tanner Sistrunk. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins that he loved and many dear friends.
