He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Winkle; his daughters, Misti Anderson (Bryan), Stephanie Delgado (Eduardo), Lacey Morrison, Alicia Winkle, Tonya Woolverton and Sonya Shinn (Paul); his siblings, Jerry Winkle (Debbie) and Patti Capps (Randy); his grandchildren, Mariah, Trevor, Braden, Jocelyn, Tyler, Alyssa, Carson, Cassie, Maddison, Julianne, Trey, Savanna and Brianna; and his great grandchildren, Haven, Raelynn, Camryn, Mylo, Grayson and Jon.
