He is survived by: his wife Pam Miles; his children, Matt Rhoades (Edelia) and Nikki Brezik (James); his grandchildren, Hannah Brezik, Liam Rhoades and Owen Rhoades; his sister Phyllis Lyle; his nephews, Robert Lyn Lyle, Chris Lyle and Jamie Lyle; and his pets, Chase and Lexy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude, SPCA of Dallas or American Lung Association in his honor.
