He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Teague, Jr. of Lubbock; his sister Lindsay; and his grandparents, Jerry Petty, Melvin Teague, Sr. and Bonnie Bryant.
He is survived by: his mother Michelle; his children, Kashtyn Teague, Kynli Rojas and Emery Rojas of Lubbock; his sister Whitney of Lubbock; his grandmother Fran Koontz of Childress; his stepgrandmother Peggy Petty of Nocona; his aunts, Camille Howard (Christopher) of Cheyenne and Kizzi Lewellen (Chris) of Childress; his cousins, Spencer, Gus, Sam and Teresia Freeman (Bruce) of Vernon; and his uncle David Teague (Stephanie) of Vernon.
