He is survived by: his wife Pat Zotz of Windthorst; his children, Tammie Cooper (Mark) of Jacksboro, Sandy Lindsay (Kent) of Wichita Falls, Brenda Hodges (Wayne) of Iowa Park, Jimmy Zotz (Lauren) of Windthorst and Bob Zotz (Laurie) of Windthorst; his siblings, Juanita Martin (George), Florence Anderle (Lester) of Windthorst, Diane Luig (John) of Wichita Falls, Charles Zotz (Dianne) of Windthorst, Joe Zotz (Lugenia) of Windthorst and Alphonse Zotz, Jr. (Harola) of Windthorst; and his brother-in-law Kenny Wolf of Windthorst. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
