She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie David Sumners and Vera Sumners; and her nephews, Jason Sumners and Robert Sumners. She is survived by: her husband Don Thigpen; her children, Jeff Thigpen (Angela), Gary Thigpen and Miranda Thigpen; her brothers, Jerry Sumners and Ronny Sumners; and her grandchildren, Jayden Thigpen (Rebecca) of Crowley, Texas, Jason Thigpen of Marble Falls, Texas, Zachary Thigpen (Sidney) of Lipan, Texas, Haley Fabela (Benigno) of Abilene, Texas, Kaitlyn Thigpen of Stanton, Texas, Dustin Dunham (Lindsey) of Grandview, Texas and Hunter Barben (Adrianna) of Waco, Texas.. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
