He is survived by: his wife Margarita C. Rey of Wink, TX.; his daughter Valerie A. Venegas (David Venegas) of McCamey, Texas.; his sister Juanita (late Elauterio Tarin) of San Angelo, TX.; his grandchildren, Promise Rios, Vanessa Rios, Benjamin Rios, Christopher Rey, Mairelena Rey and Laura Rey; and his great grandchild Ava A. Lopez.
