With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James Mott (Winnie, Texas), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Mott of Woodville and Frank Mott; his wife Linda Mott; and his brothers, Weldon Mott of California and Charles Mott of Woodville.
He is survived by: his daughters, Meladee Coakley (Angela) of Pearland and Laura Milligan (Michael) of Winnie; his siblings, Roy Mott (Sandy) of Woodville and Darlene Smart (Don) of Hardin; his grandchildren, Loran Majors of Winnie, Jamee Milligan of Winnie and Erin Milligan of Winnie; and his great grandchildren, Irelynn Milligan, Coree Majors, Charlee Majors and Lance Burnett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Broussard's Mortuary (134 Buccaneer Dr, Winnie, TX 77665). A graveside service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Fairview Cemetery-Winnie (213 Fairview Cemetary Dr, Winnie, TX 77665).
