He is survived by: his sons, Gracen Micah Allen and Carson Edward Allen; his parents, Jamie Allen and Scott Massa; his grandmother Ann Robertson; his siblings, Aaron Kristopher Allen (Allisa), Keaton Alex Adkison, Stephany Victoria Allen Lee (Justin), Maija Ann Allen (Jace Gilpin) and Jonah Arik Allen; his siblings' children, Kody, Aaron, Jaxx, Owen, Addisyn and Maddox; and his aunts and uncles, Tammy L. Leger (David), Timothy F. Allen, Lena O. Allen and Billy J. Cruse. He is also survived by his sons, siblings, and cousins.
