He was predeceased by: his parents, Zack Donaldson and Helen Donaldson; and his siblings, David Donaldson, Darrell Donaldson and Sharlene Blevins.

He is survived by: his spouse Minah Donaldson; his daughter Candace Heck (Mark); his grandchildren, Ava and Ashton McGrew; his daughter Jamie Charles (Ian); his grandchildren, Easton, Waylon and London; his son David Donaldson; and his siblings, Sharon Oberto (Bob), Billy Bert Newsome and Frank Weiss. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews and his lifelong friends.
