She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Reverend Charles Lebel and Ouida Lebel; her husband James Willard; her siblings, Margaret Irby, Ruth Addington, Stanley Lebel and Charles Lebel Jr.; her children, Kimbra Powell (Roger), Charles Martin and Don Martin; her grandchildren, Lela Powell, Staci Phelps (Chad), Edward Powell (Amanda) and Alyssa LaHanier (Lance); her great grandchildren, Lillie, Madeline, Jesse, James, Jackson and Freya; her sisters, Berta Blalock and Mary Dutton; and her brother-in-law Howard.
