He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Mayo and Annie Mayo; and his siblings, Mary Mao Wetsel, Curtis and Shirley Mayo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and leaves behind numerous close friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First Methodist Church (141 N Church St, Winters, TX 79567). A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at the Northview Cemetery.
