He was predeceased by: his parents, George Clements and Martha Clements; and his brother Philip Clements. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Clemens; his children, Charlie Clements and Jennifer Clements McKinney (Shane); and his siblings, Frank Clements and Cindy Toombs. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
The family requests memorials be made to Interim Hospice, Sterling Hills Nursing home in Sweetwater, or Bluff Creek Cowboy Church.
