She is survived by: her husband Billy Royce Wilkey; her sons, Russell Wilkey and Wayland Wilkey (Kristen); and her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jade and Jaykob. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Debbie's honor and memory to Bluff Creek Cowboy Church, a place that was close to her heart.
