He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Cortez, Amy Cortez of Forth Worth and Eddie Cortez, Jr. of Winters; and his brothers, Felix Cortez, Jr. and Danny Cortez. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
