He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Daniel and Mary Frances Bourdo; and his siblings, John and Wanda. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his son Timothy Osterberg (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Kelcy and Garth; his brothers, Phillip, Robert and Rick Marshall; his caregiver Kim Shuster Mayhew; Curt (Janice), Irene, Robert (Karen), Kenneth (Tori), William (Melanie) and Jeff (Cheryl).

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Methodist Church (141 N Church St, Winters, TX 79567).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First Methodist Church Winters, Tunnel to Towers, Wounded Warrior Project or Meals on Wheels, Abilene.
